USA TODAY will publish its third annual list of best financial advisers in April and invites readers to help determine the top firms.
Results from a survey, developed by independent market research and data firm Statista, will shape this annual ranking of "Best Financial Advisory Firms" in the U.S.
You can check out our 2024 ranking here.
The goal is to publish a guide of several hundred registered investment adviser firms (so-called RIA firms) that are recommended most and considered the best by clients and peers.
Readers who have consulted financial advisers and experts working at a financial advisory firm are invited to participate in the survey, which is open from now to Jan. 10.
Clients and industry experts not working for an RIA firm can simply tell us what they think about the firms they know. Readers affiliated with an RIA firm, however, are asked to evaluate and recommend other firms they know and appreciate. Then they can share the survey with people who can evaluate their own firm.
To participate in this survey, please click here.
The opinions of survey participants will remain anonymous. However, the survey allows clients and experts to agree to be contacted by the editorial team at USA TODAY.
People working in the industry who take the survey will also be informed via e-mail about the survey results if they choose.
The list will be based on the recommendations of clients and peers, along with the growth of assets under management at the firms. Some data on those assets will be included in the final list.
